For your security, orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's or account holder's address.
Shipping and Handling
Orders under £60.00 cost £3.50 P&P, using Royal Mail 2nd class. If your order is urgent, we recommend that you upgrade to Guaranteed Next Day delivery, Parcelforce 24 or 48. We will notify you in advance of the extra cost. Orders over £60.00 and Gift Vouchers are post free. Gift Vouchers are usually posted 1st class on the same day as receipt of payment and other goods are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. If the goods are not in stock, we will advise you either by email or phone and we will tell you when we expect them to arrive. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order if you so wish.
Returns and Cancellation policy
We will accept back any goods which are not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund providing they are in an un-used, unopened and 'as new' condition within 7 days from the day after you receive the goods. A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number must appear on the outside of the package and this unique number is obtained together with returns address by contacting us with details of the reason for the return. You have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after delivery of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money as soon as possible but within 30 days of your cancellation. The cost of postage and packing will be charged to the customer unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will reimburse the postage cost for the return in full. Please return the products by 2nd class mail and obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office. There is no additional charge for this. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note - should an order be returned to us because you did not collect it on time after an attempted delivery or the address you entered was incorrect we reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred.
